First started on an abandoned tennis court the PHL has developed into 1 of the 2 Premier Sport Leagues in the Turks & Caicos.
And like the TCIFA, the PHL has found a home at the Graceway Sports Center since 2004 which runs from October through April.
In May each year the International Inline Hockey Teams (the 1st & only in the Caribbean) is formed by the selection of the best players in the league. These teams unify, practice and compete against other international teams as the Turks & Caicos Islanders all across North America.
